About Us

Affinity Designer Homes is a strong, local company that is a part of the Construct Building and Development Group and has been operating since 1997. The builder and company director has been building in North Queensland since 1986, proving longevity and a passion for the building industry in a market that we know well. The larger buying group enables us to continue to be very competitive in pricing.

Run by highly experienced building designer and licensed builder, Roslyn Smith, the company has been catering to those who want something a little different and envisage a home that is customised to suit their needs. We have a proven team of quality trades people backed by professional and qualified staff, most of whom have been with us for many years.

Affinity Designer Homes can design your home from the very beginning or we can tender on your already designed home plans. We cater for all areas of the housing market specialising in sloping sites, difficult or unusual shaped blocks of land, waterfront homes or just something a little different.
